I want to explain something. If a band has ever played metal, the band is on Encyclopaedia Metallum, no matter good or bad. There are metal bands that released only one demo with 3-4 songs but if these songs are metal, the band is accepted and has a page on Encyclopaedia Metallum. Encyclopaedia Metallum don't take into account the quality of the songs/albums/bands when accepting them. In this sense acceptance is unbiased. At a 2nd stage reviewers say "good or bad".
I needed to explain this because fanboys/ fangirls of bands that aren't on there (ex., Linkin Park) think that Encyclopaedia Metallum just don't like these bands and this is the reason they don't accept their favorite bands. It's not like that. Encyclopaedia Metallum accept every band that has played metal and this has nothing to do with whether they like the band or not.

They are one of the pioneers of Melodic Death Metal and of course they are on the Metal Archives.
