Top 10 Bands Eric Clapton Joined

The Top Ten

1 Cream Cream Cream were a 1960s British rock supergroup power trio consisting of bassist/vocalist Jack Bruce, drummer Ginger Baker, and guitarist/vocalist Eric Clapton.

Cream is an amazing band. With them, clapton made "sunshine of your love" and "crossroads" which remain one of his most popular recordings

Cream is underrated. They are just as good as The Who and the doors - Sabbath

Best group ever!

Bands wish they could even come lost to this band

2 Derek & the Dominos

My favorite album of all time, song for song! "Have you Ever Loved a Woman" is the most blazing blues guitar you'll ever hear and so clean! In 1970 when it came out I even thought that song guitar wise was as good as anything he did in CREAM! Listen to Live Cream Vol 1 and 2 though and you'll hear why Eric is the #1 most influencial and ridiculously greatest guitarist since 1967! Better than Jimi too and Jimi's my #2 favorite!

With Derek & the Dominos Eric Clapton created the best legendary song Layla...

3 Blind Faith

Best band ever!

4 The Yardbirds The Yardbirds The Yardbirds are an English rock band formed in London in 1963 that had a string of hits during the mid-1960s, including "For Your Love", "Heart Full of Soul" and "Over Under Sideways Down".

I loved the yardbirds the music was clear AND CRISP RAVE UP!

5 John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers

The Beano album is what got me started on guitar! All the star guit's today say that was the most influencial album of all time! Wayyy ahead of his time here in 1966 @ 21!
