I'm really sad that metallica tried and thinked to change their sound into more alternative&nu-metal sounding by doing albums like Load, Reload, St, Anger and when they knew that load and reload and st. Anger are fail albums they tried to do Death Magentic with their best but seriously without cliff burton's bass and fresh james hetfield's sound &lyrics it won, t be like their 1st 4 albums...
Metallica is the most successful metal band by their history.. Every song they did in their 1st 4 albums was pure awesomeness.. But in 5th album they became to change but 5th album got Enter Sandman, Sad But True, Where Ever I May Roam, The Unforgiven but it was the beginning of the change..

They were a good example for rock songs they were one of the best bands ever was but they lost their talent by making hip hop and pop fans happy by making crap like the Thousand Suns and Living Things they were my favourite rock band but not anymore... I miss old linkin park with songs from hybird theory, Meotora like In The End, Numb, Hit The Floor, From The Inside, Breaking The Habit, New Divide but I think we will not have that great linkin park back :((

They would have been an incredible metal band had they continued in the alternative/nu metal direction. I can't stand all of this electronic bullcrap they make nowadays. What disappoints me more is that Linkin Park were my first metal band and that I thought they would stay that way. Oh well, wishful thinking. They suck now.
