Blind Guardian should be at #1 because they are the only band on this list that released masterpieces in 4 decades - 80s, 90s, 2000s and 2010s. Helloween were great in the 80s but they haven't released anything mindblowing since The Keeper II, which was long ago (1988). I dunno all the time why isn't BG more popular.
The band's musicians are great, but Hansi's voice is phenomenal and his range is incredible. On lives BG is also awesome as well. 2 Helloween Helloween Helloween is a German power metal band founded in 1984 in Hamburg, Northern Germany. The band is a pioneering force in the power metal genre, and their second and third studio albums, Keeper of the Seven Keys: Part I and Part II, are considered masterpieces of the genre.
