It's some little imp who wears a mini batman costume who tries act like him or be like him but he only does magic. I mean he befriends with Mr. whatever his name is and Larry, and he is fan of batman not to be fair. his eyes are just plain freakish and will you stare you at the night and his costume just loose-fitting and overweighted it's like put some shirt on a muffin top. so I've give this character a 4.2/10
