Top Ten Best Albums of 1978
Can't beat "Bicycle Race"
This should be #1. The debut to one of the greatest rock bands of all time.
Can't believe this album wasn't even in top 10 - way better than Queen's album.
Parallel Lines is classic
One of the greatest debut albums of all time, this plays like a greatest hits album. One of the greatest ways to introduce new wave to the mainstream.
Let the good times roll!
Led by the Stones' funky disco attempt ''Miss You'', the cool and calm ''Beast of Burden'', and the frantic, guitar driven ''Shattered'', this album stands as one of the Stones' last great studio efforts (besides 1980's ''Emotional Rescue'') before the mediocrity of the 80s set in.
Seriously, How is this not on here.
Why does every one of this list have an album from queen or Michael jackson on 1st?
Nothing against them, is just that there are better bands
one of the last jewels of the 70's prog rock
Amazing band, best album

This album is considered Cheap Trick's best, and is led by the anthemic single ''Surrender''.
