Come on, The Suburbs was the best album of the year! And what is Avenged Sevenfold doing on this list. They're not even alternative ffs. Plus A Thousand Suns was a piss poor album.

Linkin Park is nu-metal. Not alternative. And Muse is the most addicting band around. Mostly cause their music is so amazing
If any of you have seen Muse live, they will forever be your number one band. Especially on their current tour (Drones 2015).
