201 The War of the Worlds - H.G. Wells

This is without a doubt one of the most insightful science fiction books ever written. It predicted a lot of what would happen in the World Wars and has a totally unexpected ending. It really is our WORLD against theirs. - Knucklewood

211 Tinker, Tailor, Soldier Spy - John LeCarre

The Bible is nothing more than a religious version of Heat Magazine.

"I don't smoke but I always travel with a zippo lighter in case I have to light a beautiful woman's cigarette or the wick of molotov's cocktail."

one of the greatest espionage novels ever written.
you see two things happening every now and then, there is a echo of correspondence.
he wants you to be a spy too, and put together the little pieces of evidence until you reach a conclusion, it's a book that completely transcends its genre and shows how a writer who has enough talent can achieve success in any medium. - Ananya

212 The Son of Neptune - Rick Riordan

Oh my gods! Percy rocks!

213 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - Roald Dahl
214 Wings of Fire - Tui T. Sutherland

HOW IS THIS SO LOW?! This is one of he best book series I have ever read. The characters were all unique with great plot twists and cliffhangers. Everything was described beautifully and in great detail. Tsunami and Glory are some of my favourite characters in books ever. Tsunami was bossy, strong and brave. Glory was sarcastic and never failed to put a smile on my face. One of my favourite quotes was made by Glory. "You'd be crazy not to be- well, crazy or Tsunami, which is basically the same thing."

This is insanely good, I don't see how it's ranked 212th.

215 Run With the Wind
216 Batman: Hush - Jeph Loeb
217 Kill You Twice
218 Macbeth - William Shakespeare
219 The Moon-Voyage - Jules Verne
220 Starcrossed - Josephine Angelini
