Dexter is a fictional character and the titular main protagonist of the Cartoon Network animated series, Dexter's Laboratory. UGH. I hate this character so much. he is THE MOST bratty, rude, nasty, and obnoxious cartoon character I've ever seen. I can't stand this character, and quite frankly, I can't stand this show.
Nope! I hate him so much! Especially his whiny crybaby sister Dee Dee. People like him just because he's a classic cartoon show. Dexter is an overrated freak.
Oh yeah! This guy manages to make the sterotype of geniuses acctually favorable. The fact that he's so scientific makes a total laugh out loud oxymoron with the fact that he's in a cartoon.

Courage is a fictional character and the titular main protagonist of the Cartoon Network animated series, Courage the Cowardly Dog. He is the best and cutest cartoon character of cartoon network in my opinion because of his funny personality and he possesses many skills.
Courage is the best because he was a good show that could tell a lot of stories and is a great hero,his show only lasted from 1999-2002 but I guess the shorts shows are the best only the good die young.
He's just great he will always make you laugh, when something dangerious goes on he might be scared but he always tuff it out.
Ed is one of the three protagonists in the Canadian-American animated comedy television series Ed, Edd n Eddy. He is the strongest and the least intelligent member of the Eds. Characters who rely only on random humor to be funny can often get annoying, but somehow Ed's randomness has wit to it, which makes him so much funnier.
It also helps that he's just such a nice person, with no hatred or anger towards anyone. It becomes pretty hard not to like him. Unless you're Sarah or Kevin.

Marceline the Vampire Queen is a fictional character in the American animated Cartoon Network television series Adventure Time, created by Pendleton Ward. Marceline has such a deep story and a sad one behind her past life, with her family, the ice king, ect. She is such an amazing character, and a vibe like no other. Marceline is hands down the greatest Cartoon Network character - she should be in top 3!

Now, for the acctual discription. She's not your avrage vampire. Cooler powers, more feeling, is friends with a dog! And she's not your avrage cartoon character either. Her past is unknown, but she's got plenty of character.

He's trained all around the world, is well-versed in pretty much every fighting style known to man, has destroyed entire armies with his magic katana, has battled a demon (Aku) on numerous occasions, and is kind and empathetic enough to constantly set aside his mission to help others. (And, though it's embarrassing to say, he's hot without his gi. )
If these reasons aren't enough to convince you that Samurai Jack is one of the best cartoon characters ever, then man, you're a fool.

He is the most hilarious character Cartoon Network can offer. He is one of the characters that can crack you up with "amazing" jokes. He lives in a surreal world with unique characters. By I mean unique, I mean characters which are totally different with each other in terms of personalities and animation styles. The way he interacts with these characters is what makes the show the best. He is the clown, the screw-up and the miracle worker of their world. He is a good friend to everyone but he does dumb stuffs. He makes mistakes but in exchange, he tried hard to make everyone around him better. And don't forget about his Gumballism.
Raven seems clever in both series, but I think she knows more then she said. She is one of the best. Bill Cipher is cool too.

Ice Bear is one of the three main protagonists in the Cartoon Network show "We Bare Bears". He is known to have fairly short line starting with "Ice Bear", like: "Ice bear wants justice", "Ice Bear likes turtles", etc. He is so funny, and is very likable in every sense of the word. He looks after his brothers and his other friends. He is a very mysterious character, and that's why I like him.

Darwin Watterson is the middle child of the Wattersons in The Amazing World Of Gumball which was made in 2008. He is the brother of Gumball and Anais. The lovable sidekick of Gumball Watterson. He is adorable but dumb yet he is the one that keeps gumball from going too far which is really hard considering the dynamic personality of Gumball. A fish that grew legs! How cool is that?

Should be in top ten higher than blossom. I mean this character litterally changed the course of kid shows. He put a smile on our first back then. He would have been a legend if the right measures were put in place to maintain the show. Omniverse ruined everything and now he's totally forgotten. However, Ben's still a legend and deserves to more than be in the top 10.

4. Even without the watch, he can still beat most enemies

Rigby is a character from the cartoon Regular Show created by JG Quintel. He's best friends with Mordecai (A talking Blue Jay). Together they slack around and have fun in the park. A place where they work and have the risk of being fired from. Rigby is so funny and really excited to see he can do all and he is so iconic and popular.

Edd, mostly referred to by his nickname "Double D," is one of the three protagonists in the Canadian-American animated comedy television series Ed, Edd n Eddy. He is the physically weakest but the most intelligent member of the Eds. I found him one of the more adorable of the cn characters, especially, in my opinion, with his fear of dodgeball. I never really watched the show until now, because of a friend. And I thank them for it.

Daffy Duck is an animated cartoon character produced by Warner Bros. Styled as an anthropomorphic black duck, the character has appeared in cartoon series such as Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, where he usually has been depicted as the best friend and occasional arch-rival of Bugs Bunny. Why the heck is he so low? Bugs Bunny may be more famous but still, Daffy is not treated very well, they treated him like Squidward Tentacles, in a bad way!
