In 2008, he threw for 30 touchdowns to only four interceptions, throwing for a 64.4% completion percentage, after losing 31-30 vs Ole miss in week 4, he gave a emotional speech expressing his shame for letting down the fans, and gave a promise that no quarterback in College football would ever work harder than him, or lead a team harder, or a team will work harder than they will. The gators would not lose a game after, winning games 51-21 against no.4 LSU, 49-10 against no.8 Georgia, 56-6 vs no.24 South Carolina, 45-15 vs no.23 Florida State, winning the SEC championship 31-20 vs no.1 Alabama, then winning the national championship game by a score of 24-14. He would have a remarkable last game, winning the sugar bowl 51-24 vs no.4 Cincinnati, with help from Angel Hernandez, throwing for 17/18 for 295 yards and three touchdowns in the first half, finishing with 533 yards total. He would finish four seasons with 88 touchdowns(pretty much three) and 57 rushing touchdowns.

2 Peyton Manning Peyton Williams Manning is a former American football quarterback who played 18 seasons in the National Football League for the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos.
3 Tommie Frazier

Honestly, what is the purpose of playing football? If your goal is to win games, perform great on the biggest stage, and win championships, then nobody was better than Tommie Frazier. Frazier was a four-year starter, losing only 3 games. Two of his losses were during his freshman year, one of which in the Orange Bowl vs. #7 ranked FSU (he still won the MVP of the game). The third loss was in the Championship game to FSU during his sophomore year (again, he won the MVP award). Frazier didn't lose a single regular season game after his freshman year, and won consecutive undefeated National Championships in his final two-years. He won the MVP award in 4 major bowl games (3 Orange Bowl, 1 Fiesta Bowl), including three consecutive National Championship games.

If all you care about is throwing for a lot of yards, regardless of winning big games, go ahead choose someone else.

4 Matt Leinart
5 Deshaun Watson
6 Vince Young Vincent Paul Young, Jr. is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League for six seasons.

Vince was good - no doubt - but this list has to have Mariotta and the other guy from Baylor named Petty - come on man...

7 Andrew Luck Andrew Austen Luck is a former American football quarterback who played his entire career for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League.

Probably about right for Luck - maybe a bit lower.

Aurborn Qb was probably the best ever! He's probably almost the only reason I watch the Panthers! Gonna go deep in the playoffs, then loose right before the superbowl! The Packers and Steelers are going, or the Saints and Colts are going! I hope it's the second one! I love Drew Brees and I love Andrew Luck!

The best I've ever seen in my lifetime.

The Contenders
11 Marcus Mariota Marcus Ardel Tafuna Taulauniu Mariota is an American football quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League.

If you replaced any of the above qb's with Mariota he outproduces them easily. He would've won a natty if he had been targeting his top 4 wide receivers instead of the 5th string guys who werent even supposed to play until the year after he left. Was a clutch qb and rarely turned the ball over. First ever to have that kind of a touchdown to interception ratio, even when considering all turnovers he didn't even have 10 turnovers his final year and had over 60 total tds. Should be at least top 3 seeing as he outplayed Andrew Luck every time they matched up in college.

12 Baker Mayfield Baker Reagan Mayfield is an American football quarterback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League.

This guy would win games that shouldn't have been won by the Sooners. Extremely fun to watch also

2 best passer efficiency seasons of all time. Second most efficient career passer ever only after Sam Bradford. Take away his walk-on year at Tech and he's the GOAT no doubt

13 Robert Griffin III Robert Lee Griffin III, nicknamed RG3, is an American football quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League.

He's gonna be the best rookie this season! I love this guy! The Redskins are my 4th favorite team so him playing for them is a dream come true! Gonna make it close to the playoffs!

He's really good! He should be #1 I don't agree with this list but watching rg3 play is amazing

He's a pretty good QB! Probably when he's done with college, will be in the top 3 picks in the draft! Probably 2nd because some of the college players these days are really good!
