Exceptionally intelligent, sexy as hell, immensely rich and influent, she is arrogant as she perfectly knows she is superior to most people, she is an elite. She is almost invulnerable as her gorgeous body can turn into diamond. She highlights her seductive assets with the finest lingerie and mostly relies on her charm and her omega psychic powers (comparable to those of Professor Xavier) to make the whole world kneel at her feets... She is the White Queen and would now reign over the World without the awakening of the Dark Phoenix. - Toshin

Villains are usually dark, however Emma is shiny, bright but evil. Such a good idea to create an evil White Queen rather than a Black Queen.

23 Apocalypse Apocalypse Apocalypse, also known as En Sabah Nur, is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.

Should be number 1

Come on!

24 Brainiac Brainiac Brainiac is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly as an adversary of Superman.

Even though brainiac is a green bastard with a big head, he still is one of the justice league's greatest foes. Just saying.

25 Ultron Ultron Ultron is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is most recognized as a foe of the Avengers, and has a quasi-familial relationship with several of their members, especially his creator Hank Pym.

This is the killing machine to destroy the avengers

27 Two-Face Two-Face

Guys come on! Two Face is one of the most awesome villians here! He is extremely skilled with two 45. Desert Eagles, and he has a two 2 headed coin, one burnt and one not burnt, and also he has a badass half scarred face (or half scarred body and face)! He should be around under 10! Go Two Face!

How is the riddler before this guy?

28 Sabretooth
29 Juggernaut

Immune to physical force AND wears a helmet to block telepathy. Enough said.

Obviously the strongest. Nothing can stop Jim.

30 Thanos Thanos Thanos is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Iron Man #55.

The ultimate Marvel villain. Thanos is very different from other villains because his true goal is to be loved by Death. What's interesting about Thanos is that unlike other villain he has actually tried to make up for his past actions and be a hero but he always events up returning to being a villain.

Thanos was awesome then he just died then he came back to life and became super awesome

Marvel's biggest baddie doesn't make the list, but Riddler does. - DCfnaf

He is awesome. I'm looking forward to see him as the main antagonist in avengers 3
