41 Reverse Flash Reverse Flash

One of the greatest supervillains in comic history. He definitely should be in TOP 5.

Eobard Thawne is so cruel! He destroy Barry's life, he kills one of the greatest scientifics of all time, take is skin, learn to Barry to go faster for KILLING him and kill Cisco!

42 Sandman Sandman ...read more.

This was a hard choice but I am going with you sandy the sand man (Flint Marko) - SuperMan2003

Just make him higher!

43 Slade Slade Slade is a fictional incarnation of the character Deathstroke in the American animated series Teen Titans and is the archenemy of the Teen Titans, who wants them destroyed for his own unknown reasons, and is the main antagonist of Season 1 and Season 2; He appears as a vision in Season 3, returned only ...read more.

Slade Wilson is a highly paid mercenary. He can use 90% of his brain at once and that makes him a genius as well. Even batman needed night wing and robin to defeat him.

One of the best. Participated in a failed U. S Military experiment

What the joker is so overrated! Slade beat most of the Justice League by himself! Deathstroke also beat Batman. - DunnaNunnaBatman

44 Negan Negan Negan is a fictional character from the comic book series The Walking Dead and is portrayed by Jeffrey Dean Morgan in the American television series of the same name.

How is Negan at 97 come on just because he doesn't have superpowers doesn't mean he isn't the best villain. He should be in the top ten AT LEAST. He kills one of The Walking Dead's main characters (Glen) with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire, he breaks Rick's leg, he melts people's faces with an iron for sleeping with any of his wives (who all hate him, by the way). When he's at war with the Hilltop and the Kingdom and Rick's group he resorts to putting walker flesh and gore on the Saviours' weapons just to infect more people and win the war.

Negan is my favorite villain due to his sense of humor, his brutality, and how likable he is too many fans. On top of that, he also helps Rick in the next issue when he needs it the most. I feel he's even better than Joker (#1) because of the situation he's put in ( a zombie apocalypse). Even when he should be killed, he's kept alive letting us continue to witness his awesomeness

No question this guy should be number 1! Screw all of those villains in the Marvel and DC Comics, all they have are super powers and armor. Negan and his saviors are probably one of the toughest crews I've ever seen. There's no way anyone could beat Negan - invinciblemario99

An moron guy with a bat ends up on this list but Mr. Nobody isn't on this list? Fools.

60 Gog

Gog has a few incarnations in the DC universe. It's nearly impossible to defeat him. In kingdom come it takes two versions of most heroes to weaken him. He manages to kill many heroes, including Supergirl and multiple versions of Superman. In a comic titled with his name (in the name of Gog) Gog is a survivor of imperiex's attack on Kansas. He discovers how to travel through time and in the process gives himself nearly limitless power. He also creates an army of clones of himself. He holds superman captive and tortures him for like 200 years and even doomsday can't take him out. In the events of the kingdom Gog's back story is changed due to the events of infinite crisis. He is still insanely powerful. I wish he were used more but he is probably too strong to include constantly. Anyone who can kill superman is pretty intense in my book. Gog does it over and over again.

Gog is a supervillain that repeatedly kills Superman throughout a timeline in the DC Comics story The Kingdom, which is the sequel to Kingdom Come.
