Best Friday the 13th and Nightmare On Elm Street Movies
Oh yeah. The first one beats all of the movies in the series except part 3 which was pretty good. The first one took itself seriously and not like it was made poorly for kids. It truly is pure horror where you'll pee your pant while your blood turns cold.
Easily the greatest out of the list. Will remain a classic forever. I hope, anyway.
This should be number 1. I thought it was scarier than Friday the 13th because of how deadly it was.

This is the best sequel in the Elm Street series. the dream warriors are likable characters and they give Freddy an interesting backstory. plus, it was Patricia Arquette's first film.

It's a shame this is so low! In my opinion, Jason Lives features great kills and no 5 minute scenes of sex, and it's truly what a Friday the 13th movie should be like! Definitely should be #1, higher then Freddy vs. Jason and the original Friday the 13th in my opinion.
This list doesn't make much sense when compared to the individual lists for both franchises. On my Friday the 13th list this movie is 1st (and rightly so).
How could this not be on here? Its brilliance rivals that of the first Friday the 13th!
