WHY IS THE GAME WITH SUCH A SPECIAL SOUNDTRACK, GRAPHICS OF THE ORIGINAL METAL GEAR SOLID, CLASSIC PAC-MAN ASPECTS, TOUGH CHARACTER AND ADORABLE CHARACTER DESIGN LOWER THAN A MODERN PAC-MAN GAME?!

By the way, I put the PS1 Pac-Man World on this list, not the crappy GBA version (yeah, I just called the Pac-Man World games for the GBA crappy).
