203 The Heavy The Heavy The Heavy are a British indie rock band from Bath, England, formed in 2007 and signed to Ninja Tune imprint Counter Records and the Bad Son Recording Company. The band consists of Kelvin Swaby, Dan Taylor, Spencer Page and Chris Ellul.

Now I think The Heavy should be higher on the list, not 194. Half of the preceding bands are not even indie.

204 The Airborne Toxic Event

They're amazing. Fell in love instantly when I first listened to their song called Sometime Around Midnight

Grunge? Well... No. That's not "indie rock".

Grr tired of seeing these guys on every list. They are not indie you fools

207 Black Sonic Revolver

Brand new Manchester band with a touch of blues and physcadelia amazing new talent for 2015

208 The Royal Concept

Their sound "On Our Way" is beautiful and catchy

This band would be higher if people knew who they were! ;) Some of their best songs are Fashion, Hurricane, Smile, On Our Way, Gimme Twice, Knocked Up and Girls Girls Girls. Check them out! Literally every song they have made is catchy, but the good kind of catchy, not an annoying song that gets stuck in your head.

209 Royal Blood Royal Blood Royal Blood are an English rock duo formed in Brighton, East Sussex, in 2013. The band's sound is reminiscent of and rooted in modern blues rock, hard rock, garage rock and psychedelic rock.

How are these guys not on the list? All of their songs are good and they are so sick

212 CRUISR

Great band, can't believe it isn't already on here and much higher

213 Louden Swain

This band is actually great! I've heard if them through being a fan of Rob Benedict (the lead singer) and noticed that they're only well known in the Supernatural fandom, so I figured they weren't that good. Then I actually listened, and, well, I absolutely loved them! They're my new favorite band! Some songs you need to listen to them are "Bandaged Hand" "Eskimo" "All I Need" and "She Waits." They're all great, and I definitely recommend them!

214 Rah Rah

Great lesser known Canadian band. They have a lot of great and catchy songs. Worth checking out.

215 The Paddingtons
216 Shudder to Think
217 Peace

The best band I've ever seen live - absolutely amazing

218 Desert Noises
219 Freelance Whales

Chuck Criss the vocalist has a completely different style to his brother (Darren). Sort of like miniature tigers. They are quite electronic but I would still call them Indie. Try Hannah for some beautiful quick lyrics that fit perfectly, or Aelous <--- my favourite song of all time.

220 Crooked Fingers

Many haven't heard of this band. It's the brainchild of Eric Bachmann who is also the frontman of this band. Liz durrett is also a band member. Great tunes. If you want to give them a try, listen to "Breaks In The Armor"
