I'm sorry, but a big, fat "NO! " to iCarly being at 1st place. Really, most of the list is shows from Nickelodeon and Disney Channel. They're by no means, bad, but compared to shows like Breaking Bad, Mr. Robot and Game of Thrones, Nick and Disney simply cannot complete at all. The former three are just superior in so many ways, such as character, plot, direction and production. - CrimsonShark
Why the hell is this number 1?!?!?
I loved this show
This was a mixed show, it was hard to tell whether it was truly good or truly bad.
The idea was pretty good, but the humor was pretty messed up, and went a little too far on the body parts, but still, it had some humor and good lessons. - Gregory

This was one of the best shows ever made since the old days. A family whos sweet and taking care of a child, named Charlie, and it had adventures, comedy and taught very important life lessons.
I know it might have been a Full House for Disney, but they wanted to make a show for families.
I can't believe it got cancelled because the girl who played Charlie, Mia Talerico received death threats online.
What a way to end a show. - Gregory

This list (as of the time I wrote this) is a complete joke. I'm sorry, but the top 40 is just sitcoms and Nickelodeon and Disney Channel shows. Don't get me wrong, they're not bad shows, but in a critical sense, most of television's best live-action shows are in more mature channels like HBO, AMC, FX etc.
If we're talking about live-action, there's almost no debate. Breaking Bad is WAY, WAY better than every single show in the top 40. I'm not exaggerating either, BB has incredible character writing and development, a great storyline, intense action and suspense sequences, and it even has some of the funniest moments I've seen in television. - CrimsonShark
