He should be number 1!
And who the hell is gackt!? - Sharpy6868

Great song writer and singer. There is no one like him performance wise yesterday, today or tomorrow.

It was tough to decide between Brandon and James Hetfield, but my vote goes to Brandon... - Overdose

Great frontman. I'd put him at #3 behind Freddie Mercury, and Dee Snider. "The Killers, Live at Royal Albert Hall" is a great performance by him and the band.

55 Billie Joe Armstrong Billie Joe Armstrong Billie Joe Armstrong is an American musician, singer, songwriter and actor who is best known as the lead vocalist, primary songwriter, and guitarist of the punk rock band Green Day, which he co-founded with Mike Dirnt.

This man is a genius. His songwriting is brilliant, he's a fantastic singer and guitarist, but most of all he is the best showman I have ever seen. He has a way of holding an audience in the palm of his hand, with a lot of sexuality, a lot of fun and a whole load of talent!

Absolutely Amazing! Especiallly at live performances!

Billie has so much energy and passion, and he's great at interacting and involving the fans!

This list is ridiculous. Billie deserves to be in the top THREE. His lyrics, passion, energy, is timeless. This man has done it ALL live, even performed naked on stage before. His spot number need to be higher. Really, no frontman is able to compete in the same level as Billie, when it comes to the band performing live.

Honestly he needs a higher spot. What's not to like about him. He is so interactive with Green Day fans, he brings them onstage to sing or play with the band! Such a great frontman. Deserves more recognition.
