Best Marvel Comics Villains

The Top Ten
Doctor Doom Doctor Doom is a Marvel comic book supervillain. His first appearance was in The Fantastic Four #5 (July 1962).

Loki was weak sauce until MCU came out, Dr Doom is the best villain ever even Darth Vader was inspired by him, he owns his own country, mastered technology and magic and became an enemy of the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, Iron Man, Dr Strange and everyone in the world. He stole powers from the most powerful beings in the universe like it's nothing.

Loki is above Doom? What the hell! If I could vote for more than one Goblin and Venom would also get my votes.

Loki is number one and not just that but Venom is higher up than Doom. Venom!

Loki is awesome in the movies but Dr.Doom is awesome in everything, except the really bad Fantastic Four movies

Loki Loki Laufeyson, or Loki Odinson, is a fictional character appearing in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is the adoptive brother and archenemy of Thor, and is known as the "God of Mischief". In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the character has been portrayed by Tom Hiddleston.

Loki was the most relatable and well developed villain. His actions were mainly based off of understandable jealousy, and this is something that a lot of undershadowed siblings will be able to relate to. The relationship between him and Thor is so amazing. He's probably my favorite character in the whole MCU too.

I always related to Loki in the first movie, and am really disappointed that Odin didn't explain things to him and value Loki for who he was. Loki is a great character because he actually has struggles that we can clearly see. I wanted to see a Loki/Thor hug in the 3rd movie, but there were still some great brotherly moments. I don't condone all the live Loki has taken, but I blame Odin for a lot of the pain and anguish that he went through. At least Frigga was a good mother to him.

Loki is the best Villain and my favorite marvel character along with Spider-man and Iron Man. I mean, unlike most villains, Loki is relateable and honestly I don't blame him for what he has done. All his life he was look down upon by the Asgardians, never really being given a fair chance. He was different. He didn't like brute force and going out and hunting. He preferred reading and magic and things like that. He was always just misunderstood and nobody took the time to ask what's wrong. I mean think about it. He gets mistreated by the Asgardians, even when his supposed to be a prince, they look down on him because his not all brute force, his brother treats him like crap-yes he does, before Thor was sent to earth, he was arrogrant and entitled-and his father tells him, yes Loki, you can be king, only to find out he couldn't. There was zero chance for him to be king. He finds out that he was the Asgardian's sworn enemy. Imagine what's that like. His whole life he hears how this ...more

Of course Loki. he is amazingly sneaky, and you don't immediately know the side he is on. He's also died 2 more times than is actually necessary, but it adds to the mystery of it. He is my favourite character in Marvel.

Magneto Magneto is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men.

This was really hard for me I kept going back and forth between Magneto,Green Goblin, and Doctor Doom "And Spider-Mans my favorite character of all time so I was a little biases for the Goblin" But after thinking about it for awhile Magneto just came out on top. First of all he's as powerful as heck he can move the earth, pull down meteors from the sky, and not to mention he also has a army of mutants to back him up. But he's also relatable he just wants mutants to have better lives I mean sure he wants to murder people but he's a super villain that's what they do.

He has a holocaust themed background...He is a realist, a pragmatist and has high ideals for mutant kind at the same time..

Erik Lehnsherr just made me realise that good and evil are just perspective based words for useful and harmful...

Magneto can turn Dr Doom into scrap metal and can crush Loki with every piece of metal in an entire city! He should definitely be 1st!

He is better than Loki and deserves the 2nd place

Thanos Thanos is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Jim Starlin and Mike Friedrich. The character first appeared in Iron Man #55 and has been portrayed by actors Damion Poitier and Josh Brolin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Number five?! Thanos could kill all of the villains ahead of him and behind him with a snap of his fingers, LITERALLY. Magneto, dead, venom, dead, doom, dead, Loki, actually killed by thanos in the movie. Come on

He is so hard to beat without the Infinity Gaunlet and the Infinity Stones but when he got the stones he killed half the life in the galaxy and killed superheroes like Thor and Cyclops and a LOT MORE!

He wiped out half the universe with the snap of his fingers, enough said

Whalelord Focker. The only things strong enough to stop him are God, Darkseid and The Power of the Dark Side of the Force.

Venom

Seriously he deserves number one
But not really because he a Maher villain

Venom is the best Marvel villain in my opinion. He should be at number 1

He is awesome and will kill anyone in his path.

He impressed spider man with a challenge

Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) The Green Goblin is the alias of several fictional supervillains appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, mostly those starring Spider-Man. Green Goblin should be #2, he killed Spider-Man's first girlfriend, Gwen Stacy.

Villain with greatest impact on a single hero

He is my number one favourite Marvel supervillain.

He impressed spider man too

Carnage Carnage (Cletus Kassidy) is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as an enemy of Spider-Man. He appeared for the first time in The Amazing Spider-Man #361.

Best villain for various reasons. First and foremost, because he's an actual villain and not an anti-hero. Additionally, he holds no sentimental attachments but rather, a strong feral mind-scape and philosophy of spreading chaos and brutality. His sheer ferocious behavior coupled with his mental psychological warfare make him the Joker of the Spider-Man universe. Furthermore, he's more sinister and cunning than meets the eye. When a psycho-analysis of his mind is attempted in "Mind Bomb," he portrays how he sees the world, a sight of grisly yet honest reality. And this perception kills the examiner. By far the most powerfully compelling and dramatically captivating villain. If all that isn't enough, he's got a fundamentally awesome design and fighting maneuvers.

This is most likely my favorite

Carnage for the win

Carnage is the goat

Ultron Ultron is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is most recognized as a foe of the Avengers, and has a quasi-familial relationship with several of their members, especially his creator Hank Pym.

There are no strings on me. My favourite marvel villain and let me tell you why. He almost crushed the avengers and was closer to global extinction. He should be way higher

Yeah, but he failed. Thanos defeated not just the avengers, but armies (wakanda) and more superheroes. He wiped half the universe with his fingers. Just snapping them!

He came so close to taking over the world

Pile of metal

Ultron is a computer virus and it will remain forever. it's a bug that can not be fixed. it can also repair itself or regenerate itself ( shown in the movie the next avengers )

Galactus Galactus is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Formerly a mortal man, Galactus is a cosmic entity who originally consumed planets to sustain his life force, and serves a functional role in the upkeep of the primary Marvel continuity.

Did you see what happened when he fought Thanos? Thanos was literally begging for his life! Ugh! Number ten? What a disgrace! He deserves to be number one! Herald of Galactus right here!

9th? guys he can swallow the whole universe in minutes. of course not the heaven. the almighty would kick his ass if he does so.

Red Skull The Red Skull is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.

Everyone hates this guy, Captain America, the Avengers, Magneto and even the Joker in a marvel/dc crossover, he's evil incarnate, even more so than edgy boi Carnage.

Because, he is technically speaking, the first super villain in the MCU, besides he makes a cameo in infinity war, whats not to love? Especially considering his roots were based on a real life bad guy.

I don't see any other pre-phase 4 villains having a cameo in Infinity War? Red Skull def

Mystique Mystique is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men.

She was a cool villain to see in both comics and movies. The way she’s always swithing sides and plays by her own rules is freakin cool.

Mystique is sexy and knows how to get through any situation. I mean she's got skills like Black Widow of the Avengers

Why is she not in the top five? At least.

Just please change this photoo
