1 Mewtwo
Mewtwo is a psychic-type Legendary Pokémon from Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise. Designed by Ken Sugimori, it made its first appearance in the games Pokémon Red and Blue. It was created by Dr. Fuji using gene splicing in an attempt to clone Mew. In the Pokémon games, it's infamously known as the most powerful Pokémon among all species. Mewtwo is capable of evolving into two forms - Mega Mewtwo X (using Mewtonite X) and Mega Mewtwo Y (using Mewtonite Y)

Now if your for real with Pokemon games your starter Pokemon should be the best and I got him to learn surf from trading him into stadium 1 for n64. His other moves are dig, volt tackle and thunder.

Mew is capable of learning every move in the games (except signature moves of certain Pokémon), and can shapeshift into other Pokémon species. I love Mew, he's my favorite gen 1 Pokemon, but he's overrated. I'm sorry, but Smeargle can learn more moves that him!
Can't even be caught legibly on any game so far, that's how good it is
