We are talking this year! kanye was good in college dropout, late registration and graduation but 808s and Heartbreak was a real disappointment to me. it should be:
1. Lil Wayne
2. Plies
3. Young Jeezy

Best rapper alive during this time period and he's still going strong. He's still one of the biggest names in Hip Hop.

Definitely should be higher than Lil Wayne or Kanye West, Savage Life 2 was easily one of the best albums that year when it comes to southern rap, way better than the Carter III.

Finally for once Eminem is not in the top again. I mean I like him but come on. He doesn't need to be in the top of EVERYTHING right?

Should not be on the list at all. For one he isn't a very good rapper and second he didn't make rap music during this year.

kanye is my personal favorite and I would love to see him number 1 but he is just a little behind weezy

This man is trash, with lyrics like 'I doodoo, I poopoo' he is easily one of the worst rappers of all time. He basically combines everything bad about Gucci Mane, Young Jeezy and Rick Ross into one terrible rapper.

Most underrated. Period. His verses are straight fire! The reasons he probably is underrated is cause his best stuff is on mixtapes, wich most peole don't take a chance to listen to.

This man is trash, let's be real for once!

He released his fourth album, "Goon Affiliated", two years later in 2010, containing the dirty rap single "Becky." Since then, Plies has not released another album, and he has been releasing mixtapes instead.
