261 Pierce the Veil Pierce the Veil Pierce the Veil is an American post-hardcore band from San Diego, California. Formed in 2006, the band was founded by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes after the disbandment of the group Before Today, which was formed out of the San Diego punk rock scene.

Was Formed in 2007, so they actually are a band. Of and from the 2000's. Their first album "A Flair for the Dramatic" put them on the Map. Their second "Selfish Machines" Album brought them mass Recognition. And their Album "Collide with The Sky" made them underground Mainstream. They do have great lyrics if you have the background to understand or enjoy them. Solid Vocals with Fuentes providing a great Range. And a large Fan Base. I'm not going to say top 19 with bands like B-182 on here who put out their best Albums in the 2000's. But with PTV having only 3 Albums and the following they have. They need to be on here somewhere.

Awesome band. Vic Fuentes has an amazing voice.

Pierce the veil is like awesome! I love them so much

264 Falling In Reverse Falling In Reverse Falling in Reverse is an American post hardcore band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2008, signed to Epitaph Records.

I love this band! A lot of people don't but I think they are amazing and nothing and nobody can change my opinion on them ( not that you were gonna try but... Hey). Ronnie is a great vocalist that deserves more recognition he my be a dick-head sometimes but most of the time he means well. Guitars are amazing Derek and Jacky are amazing guitarists that need to be given more credit for what they do cause it is absolutely amazing. Ryan is a brilliant drummer (and in my opinion he shouldn't have shaved the side of his head.. ) P. I do miss there old bassist too I loved Ron he is amazing and hope that he's doing well wherever he is now but Max is a brilliant bassist and I'm happy he's happy not being in ETF and I wish him the best in Falling In Reverse. Over all Falling In Reverse are a really good band even though some of their songs aren't to my liking but it makes the band happy so I'm willing to support in any way that I can.

I would vote escape the fate but I'm a ronnie supporter so falling in reverse is cool but defenetly check out Dying is your latest fashion

268 Sonic Youth Sonic Youth Sonic Youth was an American rock band from New York City, formed in 1981. 270 Pyramaze

Pyramaze released three albums, all in the 2000s: Melancholy Beast, Legend of the Bone Carver, and Immortal. Their fast-paced, melodic rock features impossible guitar rifs, ethereal keyboards, sick layered vocals, epic themes. The albums are tight, well-mixed and produced works of art. The first two feature a glam power metal sound while the third has a grittier feel. It's the kind of music you have to really listen to a few times before you hear everything due to how complex the song structures, stories, and layers of each song are. The more you listen, the better it gets. Nothing disappoints about this music. It's not your standard radio fare but why not? What has the world got against the best band to come out of the 00s? I'll put Pyramaze toe-to-toe, song-to-song, album-to-album, musician-to-musician against ANY band on this list and Pyramaze will win in any rational debate between open-minded people who are willing to allow any form of rock to compete in such a comparison. I know ...more

271 New Model Army

British post-punk rockers New Model Army released four studio albums in the 2000s: Eight, Carnival, High, and Today is a Good Day. Especially the final two were fantastic rock albums, classic NMA, and even backed up with American tours. Today is a Good Day is a particularly relevant album about the American economic collapse of 2008, current wars, and reflects on the band's own experiences in the US on the "High" tour, giving their outsiders' perspective on us. I find it a fascinating listen, and NMA certainly belongs up near the top of this list.

272 Airbourne

Can't wait to hear their new tape coming out soon. These guys ROCK!

Simply the best Rock Band out there. They have a combination of AC/DC, Motörhead, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. This band can keep Rock N Roll alive

273 Whitechapel Whitechapel Whitechapel is an American deathcore band from Knoxville, Tennessee. The band is named after the Whitechapel district in East London, England, referencing the series of murders committed by Jack the Ripper.
