Should at least be considered. After all, look at some of the bands on this list.

How can you not like the used? Every song is so meaningful.

Amazing band, absolutely brilliant lyrics along with great instrumental sides to the songs as well

BEST BAND OF THE 2000's there is no way around it. Trenches is just plain EPIC! The fact that 30 seconds to Mars is ahead of them makes me want to throw up. Just listen to War of Angels and Onyx and be amazed

105 The Darkness

I'm quite surprised the Darkness aren't in the top 25. In reality they are a true rock band. Their sound, dynamic and live performance proves it. Mixing the sounds of Queen, AC/DC and other classic bands, they have brought a great revival in rock music.

Just listen to "Through the fire and the flames" its about one of the hardest songs to play.

Through the fire and the flames was bad ass but that's all they have so that's how they where placed

They are fast and good melodies. You can also hear what they sing. Not bad at all.

110 Vampire Weekend

Very Creative and Innovative with their sounds and lyrics! They are very cultured and intellectual as the Ivy School boys they were. Think Mozart meets Lady Smith Black Mambaza meets simon and Garfunkel! They have a very polished preppy look to them and know how to put a damn good show LIVE.

Great band, can't ever be in a bad mood when listening to vampire weekend

Hit after hit! Unique, totally original sound, great lyrics, good musicians especially Matt Chamberlain on drums. This band was iconic during the 90s and still make great music. Every album except maybe 1 has been awesome. This band is number 1

Perhaps, listening to the Album Siamese dream will be the best way to rank this band. In the the mid 90's this band did rock. Even now the sound is pretty unique.

One of the most influential rock bands out there.

114 Within Temptation Within Temptation Within Temptation is a Dutch symphonic metal band founded in April 1996 by vocalist Sharon den Adel and guitarist Robert Westerholt.

This band is way cooler than some of the above, should be higher on the list.

115 OneRepublic OneRepublic OneRepublic is an American pop rock band. Formed in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2002 by lead singer Ryan Tedder and guitarist Zach Filkins, the band achieved commercial success on Myspace as an unsigned act.

Apologize took the world by storm, but they also have All We Are, Mercy, and Come Home. In one album. That's impressive. And now they've expanded their horizons with songs like Secrets, Good Life, Feel Again, If I Lose Myself, and All The Right Moves.

Wow, this low. This is a top ten band in my opinion, should at least be in the top 50 along with many other bands on this list that deserve better spots

Tik tok Tik tok, can I just marry dem and their music already!

More over all hits than most bands mentioned,
