I admire him. He was working till his death. He could barely walk, when he sang "The show must go on", or "Motherlove". And he has the best voice in these songs, also...near his death, when he had so much pain. Respect.
To the visitor, who always spread his hating comments in every Freddie Mercury post and always compares him to Pavarotti. This list category is "best rock singers of the 20th century". Can you read? Why do you mention Pavarotti and Caruso...in the "best rock singers of the 20th century" list? What is the matter with you? Why do you hate Freddie Mercury so much?
Freddie is unbeatable. The true rock god.
For the commenter above: This list is about rock singers, so why do you mention Pavarotti and Caruso? Don't you read the title?V 1 Comment
Elvis changed music for ever and what a voice he could sing anything
First to break the mould of white singers moving into the black music experience and blazing a trail for others to follow. His unique style is copied but never improved on. Appealed to many different age groups and when allowed too could act in movies with little singing showing an edgy side very different to the more bland popular style that at the time he was made to conform with to satisfy and please producers only interested in making money.
Best musician and cutting edge human, ever!
