Best Third Albums From Heavy Metal Bands
Wow! There's some awesome albums on this list. Number of the Beast, Among the Living, Reign in Blood, Master of Reality. Had to go with Master of Puppets though but only by skin of its teeth... All those other albums deserve a vote though!
This album is still flawless from start to finish after all of these years. My favorite metal album and one of my top 5 overall favorite albums ever.

This an obvious first place with epic tracks like Hallowed be thy Name, Run to the Hills, Number, Invaders, Children, 22, and the Prisoner.

Bon jovi isn't heavy metal, they're heavy boy band
From "Sinner" to "Dissident Aggressor," there isn't a single filler or bad song on the album. Everything here is a masterpiece, and it's certainly better than most, if not all, of the items above it (especially So Far So Good So What, Megadeth is great but that album wasn't)
