He made lots of good games
Well obviously he should be number 1. He created a great game called Sid Meier's Pirates, and Sid Meier's Railroads. Those two games are FUN. Railroad Tycoon 3 is one of his best games, along with Civilization IV and Railroad Tycoon 2. All 5 of those games are awesome.

Gabe Newell should be number one. I do not know how he ins't on this list.
