For me, H&M covers all the bases. The clothes are on trend, reasonably priced and wear well. For basics such as vests and cardigans, to dresses and handbags, I can never leave without at least spending around 50! Such a pity there isn't a store in my city!
Although some of the clothes aren't what I would go for (fluorescent, leopard print etc... ), most of the dresses are stunning for day and evening wear. Their shoes are to die for, from sky scraper heels to gladiator sandals they are well worth the sometimes extortionate price tags! The handbags also last for ages.
Penneys is the go to store for women of all ages. We can't go shopping without spending a vast portion of our time and funds here. From clothes to shoes to underwear, you can be assured no one leaves without purchasing something and getting a bargain for it. I don't believe the usual line "sure if you get one wear out of something from Penneys and have to throw it away it only cost you 5-10, there's a large portion of my wardrobe filled with Penneys items, some of which I've had for years and are in perfect condition.
If I was producing this list based on favourite shop for product sold, Topshop would be in poll position, however, I can't justify spending nor can I afford the sometimes ridiculous prices on some of the clothing. Saying that, I always buy my jeans here as they are the best fit for me and as well, if there is a new style of jeans, Topshop will have them in stock before any other store.
Zara's clothes are so classic and chic whilst still being bang on trend. When I eventually graduate and start my career, I will certainly be heading to Zara to stock up on sexy yet sophisticated pencil skirts and pinafore dresses. For now, their casual dresses and blazers will keep me going.
This is a new store for me as they have only recently opened their flagship store in Ireland. I cannot get over the amazing clothes and the affordable prices. The store is set over 3 floors and there is such a range that I doubt any girl, whatever her style, could leave without purchasing or at least coveting something from here.
Whilst I like clothes from here, I usually buy bags and jackets because I find the price paid for tops and dresses doesn't reflect the quality of them along with the fact that they usually are ill-fitting on me and I am a size 8, I just don't feel they flatter me. I don't even bother looking at the jeans from there because again they are normally too big.
New Look is a fantastic store for price but I find the clothes to be very hit and miss, half the store could be amazing, up-to-date, stylish outfits whilst the other half is trashy, cheap crap. Their shoes look gorgeous but never fit me, five is always too big and four too small.
Very reasonable price but they only stock jeans in a 33" leg length and unfortunately I am only 5ft 5" on a good day!
Find the "Savida" range contains some stylish pieces but over-priced in my opinion and ill-fitting
