Top Ten Bible Verses Describing Heaven
Jesus said to him, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." -John 14:6For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. -John 3:16
The Top Ten
1 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. -Revelation 21:4
No more crying? So if heaven exists everyone will be smiling like Dora & Diego, Rosie and Jim, Tilly, Tom and Tiny from Tots T.V. and Teletubbies. They smile all the time.
2 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. Its gates shall not be shut at all by day…And they shall bring the glory and honor of the nations into it. -Revelation 21:24-
3 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. -Revelation 21:27
4 There shall be no night there. They need no lamp, nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever. -Revelation 22:5
No night? What? That's it I'm going ghost hunting.
5 The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass. The foundations of the wall were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: jasper, sapphire, chalcedony, emerald, sardonyx, sardius… -Revelation 21:18-20
6 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God...on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore 12 fruits…the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. -Revelation 22:1-2

No food and drink...BORING.
I'd have a Heaven that is more like earth, but no global warming obviously.
Here, hunger and thirst not only applies to physical needs, but also emotional needs.
