Top 10 Biggest Snubs in the 2018 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards

Nickelodeon has announced what they're nominating and some did not made the cut.
The Top Ten
1 The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Favorite Video Game

This "Choice Awards" genre is nothing but a big joke. The company that chose the nominations has already figured it out, so it's completely pointless.

For example: Fortnite won the Teen Choice Awards in 2018, yet Fire Emblem Heroes actually received more votes - a lot more. The FFH retweets ended up being advertisements for the show.

See what I mean? These "votes" aren't to choose the winners. They are to promote the show. That is just disgusting and unfair to all those kids who wanted great content (this game, for example) but got stiffed by the host by giving the award to a subpar alternative (Just Dance 2018, which bagged this award without deserving it).

This is why I hate this "genre." Because it lies to us and makes decisions that let us down.

2 Star vs. the Forces of Evil - Favorite Cartoon "Star vs. the Forces of Evil" is an American animated television comedy produced by Disney Television Animation for Disney XD. It was created by Daron Nefcy and developed by Jordana Arkin and Dave Wasson. The series follows teenage magical princess from the dimension of Mewni Star Butterfly and her... read more

There isn't even a single Disney cartoon nominated for Favorite Cartoon. Most of the nominees are Nickelodeon animated series. So SpongeBob continues its rigged winning streak for Favorite Cartoon.

3 The Amazing World of Gumball - Favorite Cartoon The Amazing World of Gumball is a British-Australian-German-American-Irish children's animated television series created by Ben Bocquelet for Cartoon Network.

The show's still going strong on Cartoon Network, yet the KCAs don't even bother to recognize one of the better shows still airing on Cartoon Network. Oh, wait. I think we all know why...

Pfft. Why would Gumball need some stupid miniature blimp? The show has already won more than 30 prestigious awards!

4 Cuphead - Favorite Video Game
5 Thor: Ragnarok - Favorite Movie

At least Chris Hemsworth was nominated.

6 Believer - Favorite Song

I find this song better than Thunder.

At least Thunder was nominated.

7 The Star - Favorite Animated Movie
8 Adventure Time - Favorite Cartoon Adventure Time is an American animated television series created by Pendleton Ward for Cartoon Network. The series follows the adventures of a boy named Finn (voiced by Jeremy Shada) and his best friend and adoptive brother Jake (voiced by John DiMaggio)—a dog with the magical power to change shape... read more

It's a shame Adventure Time gets snubbed so hard for this award. After all, the show was in its last year of production in 2018, and its nomination snub for this category only adds insult to injury.

Considering 2018 was its last production year, it just adds disappointment to the matter.

9 We Bare Bears - Favorite Cartoon
10 Ducktales (2017) - Favorite Cartoon DuckTales (2017) is an American animated television series that serves as a reboot of the original 1987 series. It features the adventures of Scrooge McDuck and his grandnephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie as they seek treasures and fight villains. The series has been lauded for its modern updates, deep... read more

Oh, sure. The KCAs nominate Teen Titans Dolphin Chirping Go! over an actually good cartoon reboot like DuckTales 2017.

11 My Little Pony the Movie - Favorite Animated Movie

That's so unfair for My Little Pony: The Movie. Shame on the KCAs for snubbing My Little Pony: The Movie.

Yeah. I mean, The Emoji Movie over My Little Pony: The Movie? I'm not into MLP, but that's just messed up.

12 The Lego Ninjago Movie - Favorite Animated Movie
13 Wonder - Favorite Movie
14 Tom Holland - Favorite Movie Actor Thomas Stanley "Tom" Holland is an English actor and dancer.
