Without any doubt, this lad deserved the #1 spot for three reasons:
1) He's super smart and has an incredible ability to predict situations
2) He's a psycho scientist (enough said)
3) His bankai is a giant worm who erupts toxic and narcotic gas

Pernida Parnkgjas is a quincy in the manga Bleach who is in Yhwach's Sternritter and holds the letter C for "The Compulsory". It is also one of Yhwach's Schutzstaffel, making it one of the most powerful Sternritter. His power is utterly terrifying. He'd turn you into a pool of blood, maybe worse.

Speaking of Bambietta, she's pretty terrifying in her own right. Talk about an explosive temper.

Kenpachi Zaraki is a fictional character and an antihero in the anime and manga series Bleach created by Tite Kubo. He's not higher because I don't know if he'd kill you on sight like some of the characters above. But in terms of sheer power, he needs to be listed.
