The Top Ten
1 Train in Vain - The Clash Train in Vain - The Clash Cover Art

A hidden bonus track that was added to the album "London Calling" at the very last minute and the initial pressings didn't even list the track on the sleeve.

One of my favorite Clash songs. It has a sick guitar solo too.

2 Endless, Nameless - Nirvana Endless, Nameless - Nirvana Cover Art

It's actually one of the most destructive and it's one of my favorites

Plays 10 minutes after the end of Something In the Way on the CD.

One of my favorites by the band, actually.

Nah it’s bad in my opinion.

3 Distant Memories - Blind Guardian Distant Memories - Blind Guardian Cover Art

A great bonus track to a great album (2015). I guess Blind Guardian released this song as a bonus track because it's a mellow song and they didn't want to be accused of not being heavy enough. Metal bands are criticized for the soft songs and Blind Guardian did the right thing. This song is one of the best songs on the album though - it's mellow but not poppy and cheesy. Metal bands should learn from Blind Guardian.
I like the whole song and especially the wonderful melancholy chorus:
"But still they don't know they're just caught in distant memories".

4 Lunar Lament - Demons and Wizards Lunar Lament - Demons and Wizards Cover Art

Groovy rhythm, beautiful chorus and lyrics, and perfect vocals (bonus track 2005).

"I'm existing hopelessly 'cause I can't reach the sun
Darkness covers me, my soul has yet to long
I'm looking for serenity 'cause I can't reach the sun

It's all I long for - the heat of the sun
It's all I long for
What I'm wishing for is the blessing of the sun".

5 Gallons of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through the Strip - Nirvana Gallons of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through the Strip - Nirvana Cover Art

Bonus track for the Japanese edition only (2008). The album was very good, too.
