Yes, Undistinguished is 100% right. Britpop doesn't mean British pop. Britpop is a sub-genre of alternative rock. While grunge was famous in the USA. Britpop was famous in the UK in the 90s. But some confuse that Britpop means british pop. But britpop is nowhere near pop music. It's just a name.
