Top Ten Cartoon Characters With the Most Annoying Voice

The Top Ten
1 Caillou (Caillou) Caillou, which means "pebble" or "stone" in French, is the self-proclaimed "Prince of Imagination." He is a four-year-old boy who serves as the main protagonist of the TV series and books, both of which share his name... read more

His show = the #1 reason why Trump should build a wall between the US and Canada (and make the Canadians pay for it).

He should be Number 1, in my opinion. Every lines he says sounds like he's whining (even when he's not whining).

Even Justin Bieber has a larger penis than this easily angered tantrum-throwing loser will ever have!

2 Dora (Dora the Explorer) Dora is the main protagonist in the show "Dora the Explorer". Her main occupation is exploring with her monkey friend, Boots.

WHAT!?! You people think Dora is only #6? SHE HAS THE WORST VOICE EVER! She babbles, and babbles and babbles all the way through the cartoon! The final episode of Dora should be about when she dies from committing suiside and goes to hell. And then she dies again and again and again until 100,000,000,000 lives of Dora were gone, and then all of her lives are put into somewhere worse than hell and then murdured by the devil HIMSELF. Period.

Dora actually has a good voice. She sounds like Jillian from Evan Tube HD

How annoying she is overall cannot be described without using very bad words

3 Benny (Dora the Explorer)

His voice sounds like he has to take a big crap!

4 Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls)
5 Lois Griffin (Family Guy) Lois Patrice Griffin is one of the main characters of the American animated television series Family Guy.

Every time Lois talks, I just went to tell her... "if you're gonna speak out of your ass, you could at least put a bow on it".

I hate this character... if you can't tell.

Lois Griffin's voice sounds like a an embarrassing angry Chinese woman rambling in Public!

One of the most annoying characters in history, and her voice is only a slight reason why.

6 Rubik (Rubik The Amazing Cube)
7 Sanjay (Sanjay and Craig) Sanjay is one of the 2 main characters starring in the Nickelodoen show "Sanjay & Craig". Sanjay is an Indian boy who is usually around with Craig, a talking snake who is acquainted with Sanjay.

Looks like a really annoying stereotype of Indian people.

8 Craig (Sanjay and Craig)
9 Cosmo (Fairly Odd Parents) Cosmo is Timmy fairy godfather. He's Wanda's husband and Poof's dad. Cosmo is very immature and stupid, but also very charming and a loving father, godfather and husband.

This guy literally went through puberty backwards. In the beginning his voice was cool and deep, but by the end it was so high-pitched, girly and annoying!

It's like Speed form Tayo excepts Speeds voice goes up and down in the season. Anyway Cosmo literally sounds like a girl in the first few season then he sounds deep man.

Only in the later season, he talked like a regular human being in the original

10 Eric Cartman (South Park) Eric Theodore Cartman, often referred to just by his surname, is a main character, as well as a major antagonist and occasional antihero in the animated television series South Park, created by Matt Stone and Trey Parker, and voiced by Parker. He is one of four central characters in South Park, along... read more

I don't think gumball should be on this list but I voted for 2 reasons: 1) He still comes pretty close to Darwin (I mean, have you heard how many times his voice cracks?) 2) I hate this show, it deserves my vote on any negative list

He is 12, but he acts like a 3 year old.

12 Brainy (Hey Arnold!)
13 Ami Onuki (Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi)
14 Mabel Pines (Gravity Falls) Mabel Pines is one of the lead characters of the Disney XD animated series Gravity Falls. The character is voiced by Kristen Schaal, and designed by the series creator, Alex Hirsch. She is inspired by Hirsch's own twin sister, Ariel Hirsch. Every single Karen was just like her in their youth.

19 Timmy Turner (Fairly Odd Parents) Timothy "Timmy" Tiberius Turner is a ten-year old boy who is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the American animated series The Fairly OddParents created by Butch Hartman for Nickelodeon.

Make him higher! His voice REALLY got annoying at the start of Season 7. I mean, seriously, around the modern episodes of FOP he literally just shouts every line of dialogue (as well as the rest of the characters in the cast). It's even worse when he screams! I'm not lying, whenever there's a scene where Timmy either screams or yells, I feel like flying on over to the studios in LA so I can punch Tara Strong in the face!

Man did his voice get annoying in later seasons, it's so squeaky, shrill, and so obviously feminine, he's always yelling, whining, screaming, and crying, the only character voiced by Tara Strong I don't like.

Often times when one of my family members had it on and Timmy was talking all I literally heard was "Squeaky!, Squeaky!, Screechy!, Screeech! ".

20 Beast Boy (Teen Titans Go) Beast Boy is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, usually as a member of the teams Teen Titans and Doom Patrol. Created by writer Arnold Drake and artist Bob Brown, he first appeared in The Doom Patrol #99.
21 Bubsy (Bubsy) Bubsy is a series of platforming video games created by Michael Berlyn and developed and published by Accolade. The games star an anthropomorphic bobcat named Bubsy, a character that takes inspiration from Super Mario Bros. and Sonic the Hedgehog.

This is the only Rob Paulsen voice that I can't stand. Really, all the Busby characters should be on this list.

22 Karen Plankton (SpongeBob SquarePants)
23 SpongeBob SquarePants (SpongeBob SquarePants) SpongeBob SquarePants is a fictional character and the titular character and protagonist of the American animated television series of the same name.

He gives me a headache mostly when he laughs!

24 Whitey (Eight Crazy Nights)

He makes Jar Jar Binks's voice more pleasant to listen to.

Sounds like a mix between Gingy from Shrek and Mr. Hanky from South Park.

25 Brony Raven (Teen Titans Go!)

When she goes crazy for ponies, that's when she gets REALLY annoying!
