The Top Ten
1 Donald Duck (Disney) Donald Duck is a cartoon character created in 1934 at Walt Disney Productions. Donald is an anthropomorphic white duck with a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet. He typically wears a sailor shirt and cap with a bow tie.

I have a lot of respect for the character's voice actors, Donald's voice is by far the most unique and hardest to do.

Donald Duck's voice is definitely iconic and unique!

2 Marge Simpson (The Simpsons) Marjorie Jacqueline "Marge" Simpson is a fictional character in the American animated sitcom The Simpsons and part of the eponymous family. She is the wife of Homer and the mother of three children in the family.

I ranked Marge number 1# because I thought her voice is not like anyone's naturally. Even her voice actress, Julie Kavner, said that it was because of a "bump" in her throat that has existed since her childhood. I wouldn't blame her for having such a unique "honey graveled" voice. Besides Marge, Julie also voices her sisters Selma and Patty, and their mother. Their natural voices are also not like anyone's as well.

Marge sounds like someone who's been smoking for decades.

3 SpongeBob SquarePants (SpongeBob SquarePants) SpongeBob SquarePants is a fictional character and the titular character and protagonist of the American animated television series of the same name.

His voice is definitely unique, to be honest. I think only the real OG can actually have a voice that is just like that! Just wow!

SpongeBob's voice is actually copyrighted by Paramount. Kenny can't use the voice for any non-Nick character.

4 Mickey Mouse (Disney) Mickey Mouse is a funny animal cartoon character and the official mascot of The Walt Disney Company. He was created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks at the Walt Disney Studios in 1928. The first cartoon featuring Mickey Mouse was the iconic "Steamboat Willie" released in the year 1928.

He definitely has a unique voice for sure, because he sounds high-pitched yet fascinating at the same time!

Very high pitched voice.

5 Goofy (Disney) Goofy is a funny-animal cartoon character created in 1932 at Walt Disney Productions. Goofy is a tall, anthropomorphic black dog with a Southern drawl, and typically wears a turtle neck and vest, with pants, shoes, white gloves, and a tall hat originally designed as a rumpled fedora . Goofy is a close friend of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and is one of Disney's most recognizable characters. He is normally characterized as extremely clumsy and dimwitted, yet this interpretation is not always definitive; occasionally Goofy is shown as intuitive, and clever, albeit in his own unique, eccentric way.

Like Donald Duck, his voice is unique and iconic!

6 Squidward Tentacles (SpongeBob SquarePants) Squidward Tentacles is a fictional character voiced by actor Rodger Bumpass in the American animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants.
7 Bugs Bunny (Looney Tunes) Bugs Bunny is an animated cartoon character, created by the staff of Leon Schlesinger Productions (later Warner Bros.) He is one of (if not) the most famous cartoon characters, and he is in the show Looney Tunes. His famous quote is "What's up doc?". He is a gray colored bunny with big teeth and big feet. His favorite food is carrots.

Nothing can beat the Man of a Thousand Voices!

8 Shreeky (Care Bears)

Shreeky from the Care Bears Family is unique because of her girly, nasal voice and her high pitched shrieks. Please be warned because this is probably one of the most difficult voice impressions in cartoon history.

9 Luna Loud (The Loud House) Luna Loud is the 3rd oldest sister, Luna's life forever changed following her first concert which started her passion and dream of being a rock star, Luna's personality can best be described as wild, caring and the loudest of the Louds like Leni she's very caring and enjoys being around the company of her family, throughout the series she constantly makes music references and plays all sorts of instruments tough sometimes her passion for music tends to go overboard especially when it comes to her siblings first concert as seen in "For Bro's About to Rock" where she accidentally ended up ruining most of their first concerts and in "House Music" she went overboard when the family starts a band ...read more.

How is this not number 1! Creepiest, weirdest voice I have ever heard!

His voice is annoying as all hell.

17 Yakko Warner (Animaniacs) Yakko is the oldest of the Warner Brothers. He's the gang lender, the glib, fast-talker and sly wise-guy in the Groucho/Bugs Bunny mold. He's the thinker, the planner, the schemer, and the trio's recreation director. Each day, he has lots of unique ideas of things for the group to do. He's full of boyish enthusiasm, and he's the master of verbal warfare. Yakko is a cheerful character with a devilish... read more
18 Snow White (Snow White and the Seven Dwarves) Snow White is a fictional character from Disney's first ever film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves . She is Disney's first ever Disney Princess and is the only Disney Princess to have her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame .

Snow White's voice is unique because her singing talent is unbelievable, and she sounds so, so sweet...

19 Krumm (Aaahh!!! Real Monsters)
20 Chip (Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers)
21 Gretchen Grundler (Recess)

Gretchen's voice is definitely unique. She sounded like she has a lisp, and her nerdy kind of voice, provided by Ashley Johnson, makes her voice sound smart and unique.

22 Skeletor (He-Man)
23 Father (Codename: Kids Next Door)
24 Eddy (Ed Edd n Eddy) Eddy is one of the three protagonists in the Canadian-American animated comedy television series Ed, Edd n Eddy and is the self-appointed ambitious leader of the Eds.
