Cartoon Network is currently in a second Dork Age where they overexpose TTG and made the same stupid decisions that Nickelodeon made.The first Dork Age began in about 2005, when CN began mediocre cartoons like My Gym Partner's A Monkey and Squirrel Boy. Then in 2007, they started making live action shows that were all horrible.
They had a renaissance in the 2010s with shows like Adventure Time but there were still horrible shows,
