It got its own series on December 17, 1989 and is still running as of 2023, making it the longest running animated sitcom. It is about a man named Homer Simpson and his family (wife Marge and children Bart, Lisa and Maggie and pets, Snowball II and Santa's Little Helper) going through a long series of misadventures.

Some shows should never go past a certain # of seasons otherwise they become stale and repetitive, that's the case with the Simpsons was a hit when it first aired but as of lately the show has gone into a downward spiral.

Family Guy has become extremely racist, unfunny, cruel, and overall disgusting! The worst part is how damn pretentious it is; it KNOWS what it's doing and keeps doing it because "it's the best show in the world"!

It should have just ended after its fourth or fifth season.

Iv'e stopped watching South Park after season 11 and only watch the original episodes.

5 The Fairly Odd Parents

This show is the best of the list. Athur is like a Dora The Explorer too many people loved and never gonna end. Total Drama Series this show is for stupid teenagers and they are too many stupid teenagers in the world that's why the show keep running

This is the stupidest show ever made it should have ended years ago, how any of you idiots still think this trash is good you need to get your heads examined.

This show stopped being funny years ago, when it first started it was actually good now it just won't die.
