5 Craig Bartlett Craig Bartlett Craig Michael Bartlett is an American animator best known for writing for Rugrats and creating the television series Hey Arnold! and Dinosaur Train. He also voiced various recurring characters in Hey Arnold!

I will admit, his episodes of Dexter's Laboratory and the Powerpuff Girls can be a bit boring at times, but at least they're not as boring as what Elliot Blake did to Space Ghost Coast to Coast! The Loud House is still a good show though. - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy

The creator of The Loud House. - ModernSpongeBobSucks

I like a lot! He worked on some of my favorite shows

For those who haven't seen my updated remix for this list, I just want to say that with the advent of all these sexual harassment allegations against Savino, while he has given us The Loud House and has had a prolific career, this does not simply excuse his actions and his firing from Nickelodeon was well-deserved. Even if he did apologize for the allegations, I can't simply let it pass by that he's been sexually harassing women not just recently, but for over a DECADE. So if anyone is reading this, I just want to say this man should be reviled for all his disgusting actions against women and should forever be condemned for such.

Edit: In other words, SEND HIM TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS LIST! - ModernSpongeBobSucks
