How is this more 2000s than 1990s? It was made by Chris Savino, showrunner for the last two seasons of Dexter’s Laboratory and the Powerpuff Girls. So, yeah. You HAVE to believe it is more 2000s than 1990s.

Literally none of these shows feel like 2000s cartoons.
