7 Ducktales DuckTales is an American animated television series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. It premiered on September 18, 1987 and ended on November 28, 1990 with a total of four seasons and 100 episodes.

I cannot believe that they made a new Ducktales series. I am not a Disney person but I respect others' opinions. I do remember the 1987 series when I was a child, but was there any need to make a new one with no reason but to cash in the nostalgia of people who like the older series? From what I have seen, the new series looks even more trope overdosed and stereotypical than the original. A Kill Bill-esque villainess with a katana? Check. A couple of wolf villains named after the words Hack and Slash? Check. Webby having human-like hair and looking more feminine than her 'Mini-Daisy Duck' design she had in the original? Check. Looks like Disney cares more about tropes and greed rather than quality nowadays.
