Top Ten Best Center Fielders In MLB History

The Top Ten
1 Willie Mays Willie Howard Mays, Jr., nicknamed "The Say Hey Kid", is an American former Major League Baseball center fielder who spent almost all of his 22-season career playing for the New York/San Francisco Giants, before finishing with the New York Mets.

His career was consistently awesome! In all facets of the game! He didn't have just a scattering of great seasons.

2 Joe DiMaggio Joseph Paul DiMaggio, nicknamed "Joltin' Joe" and "The Yankee Clipper", was an American baseball center fielder who played his entire 13-year career in Major League Baseball for the New York Yankees.

Joe DiMaggio was such an amazing player. I am willing to bet my life that his 56 game hitting streak will never be broken by another Major Leaguer.

What a spectacular player.

3 Mickey Mantle

Had Mantle had 2 healthy legs, he could've been THE best player ever. But in reality, he was still great, and yeah he struck out a lot, but when he connect it it's always headlines. Even in cards, he was always big, his 1952 Topps card is his most famous of all baseball cards. He is one of 16 baseball players to win the Hickok Belt as the United States Athlete of the Year, he won it in 1956. The year he led the Yankees to the World Championship, one of 7 he would win in his entire baseball career.
