The Top Ten

1 Drivers Must Use All 3 Dry Tire Compounds Each Race

A minimum of five laps required on each dry tire compound (with exception if tire is punctured). This would also mean at least two pit stops per race.

2 No Team Orders

3 No Blue Flags

All lapped cars must be passed as racing passes.

4 Multiple Tire Manufacturers

5 Bring Back Refueling

6 Multiple Bolts on Tires

This would slow down pit times and increase the chance of drama in the pits.

7 Get Rid of DRS and Kers

Would get rid of all 'false passing' and rely solely on the driver and car to get it done.

8 Safety Car: Lapped Cars Drop to the Back of the Line

Instead of having two extra slow laps as these cars "unlap themselves"

9 Have a Short-Loop for Qualifying/Practices

To get back to the pits faster, instead of watching the cars trundle around the circuit super-slow and wrecking hot laps

10 Sprinklers on the Tracks

The Contenders

11 A Team Cannot Update a Car Unless Finished Off-Podium

Call it the Mercedes clause. This would allow other teams to catch up development wise and make for more exciting races as the season progressed.
