1 Drake Parker - Drake & Josh
Drake Parker (Drake Bell) is depicted as a laid-back, charming, immature, and womanizing teenager. Although he often appears unintelligent, his under-achievement seems to be caused by apathy and he has been known not to think before he acts (making straight D's). Drake has great interest in music, playing the electric guitar in a band throughout the series and liking all forms, his favorite being rock. He can also play several percussion instruments, shown in "Megan's New Teacher" when he tried to play drums and guitar at the same time and in "Josh Runs Into Oprah" where he played the bongos. He usually takes advantage of Josh to get what he wants. He has a lot of success with girls and much ...read more. Still remains as one of the funniest Nickelodeon characters out there and in general made the show fun to watch.
2 Josh Nichols - Drake & Josh
We all know Drake as the cool guy in Drake & Josh, but as for Josh, he's what you could describe with T.V. Tropes as a lovable dork. One thing that made me relate to Josh quite a lot more than Drake (both are still good in their own merits) was how even though Josh wasn't the coolest guy in the world, he was notably the more responsible and mature aspect of the brotherly duo. I could be laughing at Josh's own melancholy or feeling quite sympathetic for him whenever his brother Drake would drag him into trouble. Personally, I feel Josh deserves some more love for both his compulsive humor and him doing his best to be the responsible brother and not get into any trouble in spite of always being dragged into such.
He is the best live action Nickelodeon character. He's likable and generally is well written.
Drake and Josh was the only good live action Nick show
It's spherical! SPHERICAL!

4 Cat Valentine - Victorious
Cat Valentine was one of main character in American-teen sitcom Victorious . She was portrayed by Ariana Grande .
5 Dana Cruz - Zoey 101
To be honest she was a TERRIBLE character that was always bitchy and annoying she was a badly written tomboy character that didn't add much to the show.
6 Simon "Cookie" Nelson-Cook - Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide
7 Carly Shay - iCarly
As a protagonist she was generally solid.
Icarly was the best
8 Sam Puckett - iCarly
Samantha "Sam" Puckett is the deuteragonist of iCarly who later went on to star on its spin-off show Sam & Cat. She is portrayed by the American actress Jennette McCurdy. She was essentially comedic relief but good comedic relief for the most part.
Uh... What Was I Doing? I Was Too Busy Getting A Bucket A Chicken
I don't know she was just the best one here

The Contenders
11 Timmy Toot-Toot - Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide
12 Jade West - Victorious
Jade West (Elizabeth Gillies) is a frenemy of Tori from Hollywood Arts. She has a gothic sense of style—always wearing dark clothes with eyebrow piercings and different colors of streaks in her hair—and is the long-time girlfriend of Beck Oliver. She is very protective of her boyfriend and is known to lash out at anyone who she views as a threat to their relationship. She shows very little affection for her friends, but really does care for them, including Tori, who has topped her in various ways in the past. ...read more. Despite her being a mean girl she was a very comedic and interesting character.
A sarcastic hot goth girl how the Hell could I not love her?!
More like a toxic girlfriend.
Goth girlfriend, honestly.
13 Vice Principal Crubbs - Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide
14 Chase Matthews - Zoey 101
Chase was a far more likable character than Zoey in the show and generally should've been the protagonist.

18 Quinn Pensky - Zoey 101
19 Lewbert - iCarly
20 Ned Bigby - Ned's Declassifed School Survival Guide
Ned's Declassified was basically a live-action cartoon. The plots were all cartoony and the actors all acted like cartoon characters (in a good way). That's the reason why it was such a great and unique show.
Ned was a pretty likable protagonist that did have a few moments.
Miss this show so much
21 Lola Martinez - Zoey 101
22 Logan Reese - Zoey 101

Such a great weatherman, and such great hair!
25 Robbie Rotten - LazyTown
Robbie Rotten (played by Stefán Karl Stefánsson) is a lazy man who continuously formulates feckless schemes in which he masquerades in a disguise to lure the residents away from their newly-active lifestyles. He passionately abhors the influence of Stephanie and Sportacus on the townspeople. A number of his plans are intended to do away with them. Ironically, Robbie places so much effort into his schemes that he becomes one of LazyTown's most active citizens.
Since late 2016, Robbie Rotten became a pop culture phenomenon with the “We Are Number One” meme.
