Just like with my previous list of The Top 10 Disney Animated Characters with the saddest backstories I'm doing one for the non Disney animated movie characters.

Mewtwo is capable of evolving into two forms - Mega Mewtwo X (using Mewtonite X) and Mega Mewtwo Y (using Mewtonite Y) Created by scientist's in a lab then Giovanni manipulates him into thinking they're equal partners when in reality Giovanni's is using Mewtwo's powers for his own selfish needs which leads to Mewtwo realizing this and breaking free and leads him to despise all humans in general.
