Cheesiest Power Metal Songs
The kind of songs people make fun of in power metal. I'm not calling them bad, they are all good songs. But they are the very typical Power metal songs.
To be honest, music in their entire discography sounds cheesy and poppy to me. Same for DragonForce. Also, the majority of the songs by Nightwish, Within Temptation and Stratovarius. Half of the Helloween songs. Many songs by Avantasia and Edguy.
I don't know how to explain this song! a National Anthem? A Classical era piece? Mamma Mia? WHAT? I just feel strangely happy with the chorus of this song! and yet I laugh at that strange happiness!
Let's be honest though, most power metal bands sound cheesy, but that's the beauty of the genre! They are not afraid to be "cheesy".
Their music is cool but they're really cheesy. Should change the name into Cheesehammer

I disagree, I enjoy this song. I have seen Battle Beast open for Sabaton, and to be honest, I enjoyed it, even when the lyrics don't make sense
This isn't only cheesy, it's also very bad - bad written and bad performed.
Especially music to the pre-chorus sounds like a children song - I mean music to the section that stars with this line: "In the sky a mighty eagle..."
