Best Child Singers of All Time

The Top Ten

1 Grace VanderWaal Grace VanderWaal

The most unique singing voice in a child ever!

Her voice is like a straight shot of euphoria!

The Wonder child we was waiting for.

I Love every song I've heard from her "Just the Beginning" album. I you have not see her redbull ACL fest concert, look it up and you can see why she is #1.

2 Michael Jackson Michael Jackson Michael Joseph Jackson was an American singer, dancer, and songwriter born on August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana and passed away on June 25, 2009. He donated (at least) a remarkable 300,000,000 dollars to charity. Michael is also known as The King of Pop (a title given to him by Elizabeth Taylor) or under more.

Lead singer of the Jackson 5 at 11 years old, although the J5 never had an album go higher than #4, and his solo album back then "Ben" peaked at #5, but there were some #1 singles. Had his first #1 album, "Thriller" at age 23.

Best singer in my opinion, he is just amazing

To the commenter who called him "the man", this particular list is strictly about an artists "child" career; age 15 and under.

Mj was the best artist to ever walk the face of the earth. He had SO much talent. He had an amazing voice at 5 yrs old to 50 yrs old.

3 Jackie Evancho Jackie Evancho Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Evancho is an American classical crossover singer who gained wide recognition at an early age and, since 2009, has issued an EP and five albums, including a platinum and gold album and three Billboard 200 top 10 debuts .

At age 10 she sang with a voice and a style like an adult star singer. Without example. So good that many listeners couldn't believe it. - ohcnave

At age 10, youngest solo artist in US chart history to have a Platinum and #2 album. Also had another #2 album that went gold at age 11, and one that hit #7 at age 12.

It's simple: even at a young age, Jackie had the most beautiful singing voice in the world.

Had 4 albums that reached #1 and another that hit #2 on the Billboard Classical chart.

4 Helen Shapiro Helen Shapiro Helen Kate Shapiro is an English pop singer, jazz singer and actress. She is best known for her 1960s UK chart toppers, "You Don't Know" and "Walkin' Back to Happiness".

Never really heard by US audiences, but as a UK star in the early 60's, she once had the Beatles opening for her. They possibly wrote "Misery" for her to sing, but her management rejected it.

5 Frankie Lymon Frankie Lymon Franklin Joseph "Frankie" Lymon was an American rock and roll/rhythm and blues singer and songwriter, best known as the boy soprano lead singer of the New York City-based early rock and roll group, The Teenagers.

A very sad, cautionary tale. Nationwide stardom and several top 20 hits at age 15; dead of a heroin overdose at age 25.

One of the top 5 greatest singers in history!

6 Stevie Brock

Strictly a Disney-created flavor of the month about 10 years ago. Disney dropped him like a hot potato once he was no longer "cute".

One of the saddest, most cautionary tales in Hollywood history.

9 Tanya Tucker Tanya Tucker Tanya Denise Tucker is an American female country music artist who had her first hit, "Delta Dawn", in 1972 at the age of 13.
