Best Children's Cartoons with Adult Humor

The Top Ten
1 Animaniacs Steven Spielberg Presents Animaniacs is an American animated comedy television series produced by Amblin Television label in collaboration with Warner Bros.

I'm surprised it's even a kids show, I think it's more along the lines of the Simpsons or earlier Tom & Jerry productions in that it's a "family cartoon" where it's in-between being for kids and being for adults.

Animaniacs isn't that much of a children's show though. There's a ten minute video of all the dirty jokes so I'd say it's more for teens and adults.

Mr brain, I'm your biggest fan, what you gotta say about that?
Brain: I'll say puberty was very kind to you.

Like William Clinton playing on his sax and Yakko wanting to give a pilgrim the middle finger.

2 SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob SquarePants is an American animated television series created by marine biologist and animator the late Stephen Hillenburg for Nickelodeon. SpongeBob is currently the most popular show on Nickelodeon, as well as the longest running show, running for 23 years, and is beginning its 13th season. The show revolves around a sea sponge called SpongeBob SquarePants and his adventures under the sea. The show is considered to be one of the best Nickelodeon and cartoon shows of all time.

Is it me, or do I find about SpongeBob being gay? (I'm not trying to offend anyone). I watched episode when SpongeBob and Patrick were in a traveling machine (forgot what's it called, or whatever it is), and SpongeBob said bye to Squidward two times. Patrick mentioned to SpongeBob that he already said buy to him (Squidward) twice, then SpongeBob said to Patrick that he likes Squidward.

3 Dexter's Laboratory Dexter's Laboratory is an American comic science fiction animated television series created by Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network, and the first of the network's Cartoon Cartoons. The show is about a kid scientist named Dexter that has a sister named Dee Dee that keeps breaking into his lab.

Dexter’s Laboratory is a adult cartoon that aired on Cartoon Network like ed edd n Eddy or the amazing world of gumball or archer. So that adult cartoon is great.

It's called "Regular Show", not "The Regular Show"

The Contenders
11 Rugrats Rugrats is an American animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó and Paul Germain for Nickelodeon.
12 Kaeloo

There was this episode where Kaeloo went on a show like "The Voice" and she got kicked off the show for being a terrible singer. Instead of leaving, she decided to do a different routine: wearing an inappropriate, revealing outfit and twerking. It was hilarious.

Literally half of the "romance" scenes are Kaeloo and Mr. Cat sexually harassing each other.

Sex, drugs, smoking, alcohol, and the list goes on!

It's very inappropriate, but also super funny.

13 Mega Babies Mega Babies is a Canadian animated series created by the Tremblay brothers, Christian and Yvon, who previously had made the H-B's show SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron.
