Seoul – officially the Seoul Special City – is the capital and largest metropolis of the Republic of Korea, forming the heart of the Seoul Capital Area, which includes the surrounding Incheon metropolis and Gyeonggi province, the world's 14th largest city and second largest metropolitan area. Seoul, South Korea would be an easy target for North Korea given how close it is.
Obvious. It is South Korea's capital.
San Francisco, officially the City and County of San Francisco, is the cultural, commercial, and financial center of Northern California. At the end of a propaganda video played during a military concert in North Korea, an animation shows a missile hitting San Francisco.
This is very possible with the actions of both Kim and Trump. Kim could happily bomb the US capital and the rest of us. Sadly, as a New Mexican, all the likely places of bombings are nearby.
Washington is the capital of the United States and many powerful figures in American politics live there. This makes it a major target for North Korea.

If North Korea were to attack the country with nukes, it would likely be on the it's capital and largest city, Tokyo.

San Diego is a large city and it also has a military base. This could make it a target for a North Korean attack.
