Is this city the pride of Texas? Because about half of the city is run down (borderline like a ghost town) while the other half is a clustered mess of suburbia. Also the people seem to be backwards, especially compared to other big cities. Not to mention being one of America's douchiest cities.

El Paso is a disgusting wasteland. The people are rude, the weather is horrid, there is nothing to do. If the army was not here then it would be a dead wasteland. Do not ever go to El Paso.
