Well first of all the US didn't take the load of World War 2 as Russia fought 80% of the Axis powers on the European Theatre, and the US didn't protect europe from communism, the cold war happened because of conflict of ideologies, plus all the communist wars ended badly, for example Korea was divided and Vietnam became communist. Also the US is not the only country to attend foreign affairs or run humanitarian aid, and 50% of that taxpayers money gos to an unnecessary military. It bothers me why Americans are so proud of a country but then don't seem to read into the facts, I made the list in chronological order in which a civilisation was created, so the us is in the bottom few, if you want to vote for them then be my guest.

Also you say there haa never been such a country with such a record, how about Britain? Ruled 1/4 of the worlds land, industrial revolution, magna carta (the first rights bill ever), pounds are the oldest currency, uninvaded since 1066, created cities such as London, New York, Sydney, had a combined GDP of over 14trillion, big enough to rival the US and China, also, asumming you're American, what language are you speaking now? ENGLISH. When it comes down to it the ability of language is what sets humans apart from apes, and when a country creates a global language like that then it has to be appreciated.

Not a fan of modern Egypt but ancient Egypt, which is definitely not the ancestor of modern Egypt, had more contributions to man than any other civilization even Greece. What Greece did, Egypt had already done. Ungrateful Greeks forget their civilization rose because most of their so called Philosophers borrowed a huge chunk of knowledge from the Egyptians

This list is farcical. The United States is the only political entity in the history of the world to enshrine the natural rights of the individual. The United States carried the load in destroying global fascism in WWII, and in bringing down global communism in the late 20th century. The United States has been at the forefront of every disaster-relief effort in memory, and devoted exponentially more hard-earned taxpayer dollars to foreign aid than any other country. There has never, in the entirety of human history, been any other civilization with such a record, yet you choose brutal, totalitarian, thoroughly corrupt and inhumane examples over the United States of America. Mind boggling.
