Actually he was talking about Jason Becker. He couldn't take it that Jason Becker who came to music industry with help of him, and suddenly gets more credit than him. He was jealous and nothing more.

Arpeggio isn't any technique, that's why I added sweep picking to it. Anyways, but actually people makes the term arpeggio difficult. Its very simple term. You just pick your notes each at a time rather then playing it simultaneously. That's it. - zxm
