While great Blues / Southern-Rock bands such Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, The Band, The Marshal Tucker Band are my favourites of these genres, now and again it's nice to venture out, to dip your toe in fresher waters. These bands are more often overlooked, overshadowed by the great classics. It's time to point the spotlight on these other bands in the Blues, Southern and Country-Rock Bands.
